Stately Rides has been inspired by our passion for rural England, its magnificent country houses and of course our love of horses. Riding through beautiful, romantic countryside and staying in gracious private homes, you will escape the stress and turmoil of the modern world.

The England you will see from horseback is the England of Anne Boleyn and Samuel Palmer, of poets and painters. Our aim is to reveal the astonishing beauty and diversity of the countryside and challenge the perception of modern Britain as a once beautiful land now largely ruined by urbanisation.
